If a Coolmobility product does not meet your expectations or you have chosen the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days within the EU. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service so that we can request the product to be picked up. Please leave your mobile phone number so that you can be reached for notification.
  2. Please pack the product with all accessories carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Make sure to protect the frame accordingly, as otherwise the transport could cause unsightly paint damage to the bike. Affix the return label clearly visible on the package.
  3. The shipping company will pick up the package directly from you and bring it back to us. Please note that a daily manned contact point should be specified as the pick-up location.
  4. After we have received your package, we will check the returned product and refund the amount to you using your chosen payment method.
