Delivery

We ship your goods within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order or payment, depending on the size, with DHL, UPS or a forwarding agent. Please note: Bicycles are bulky goods and will be sent by courier. We need an e-mail address to notify you of the transport.

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within a standard delivery time of 5 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad the standard delivery time is between 7 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction ). 
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, if possible, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the delivery of the goods and the possibilities of taking off. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
